We are looking for a Program Manager with a proven track record of successfully coordinating projects and working with software development teams. As a Program Manager within the Enterprise department you are a role model for your team members, inspiring them to achieve exceptional results which lead to products that truly delight our clients. You will use your excellent communication skills and teamwork to coordinate and guide the product development teams to create and deliver new versions of Blackbaud CRM, Blackbaud Internet Services, Blackbaud Direct Marketing and ResearchPoint.
Key Responsibilities:
With other program managers, facilitate the delivery of releases of Blackbaud CRM, Blackbaud Internet Services, Blackbaud Direct Marketing and Resea! rchPoint by:
Partnering with product managers/owners and t! eams to create feasible plans
Coaching ScrumMasters and teams on agile development processes
Identifying and communicating quality standards; ensuring that work is complete and meets quality goals
Leveraging information management tools to provide visibility into project status, risks and metrics
Mitigating risks and escalating issues when necessary
Working with product owners to facilitate trade-off decisions when priorities change
Partner with functional managers to identify staffing needs, implement best practices and resolve resource issues
Partner with other program managers to ensure integration strategies are in place
With other program managers, represent Product Development for your program to other departments within the company
Manage production defect workflow and facilitate the resolution of escalated client issues
May be called upon to participate in task forces or other projects outside of your primary area of responsib! ility
