Central Region
This known medical device company has a leading technology in ! the imaging vertical. You will be responsible for growth of the central United States and report to the Vice-president of sales. You will be instrumental in capturing a growing market share and recruiting as well as developing both your team and territory. Must have top 20% sales performance consistently in the past, as well as be able to work with a superior technology to penetrate competition.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop relationships with key opinion leaders and thought leaders who influence product usage or innovation of craniofacial procedures.
Establish relationships with hospital personnel, and target new customers.
Execute strategic sales plans to meet corporate expectations and goals.
Track, forecast, and report revenue expectations for the region.
Manage a hybrid sales force
Comply with US laws and regulations regarding product sales and promotion.
Recruit and manage distributors as well as high value sales professionals
Su! pport training and local trade shows as well as events
5 â€" 15 years of medical sales and sales management experience within the imaging space.
Contacts within key orthopedic, interventional, and radiology medical professionals.
Ability to recruit new KOL’s and Distributors across territory
Strong clinical knowledge of the imaging space
Strategically determine high value targets and regions for expansion
Must be results oriented, entrepreneurial, and a team player
Pinnacle sales/sales management history with consistent top percentage performance years, including awards such as Presidents Club, Sales Manager of the Year, Region of the Year, Rookie of the Year and similar.
Stable work history â€" no more than 2 jobs in 5 years unless documentation of events
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Master’s (preferred)
Base Salary: $100,000 -$120,000, Uncapped Commission
