Required Experience
Paralegal Certificate or BA Degree in Paralegal Studies or similar
Paralegal experience in commercial creditor's right litigation, such as commercial foreclosures, title curative litigation and bankruptcy.
Will also be responsible for administrative duties such as processing mail, copying exhibits, billing, etc.
Must live in (or be willing to commute to) Greenville, SC
Immediate availability
Must be able to work until at least 5:30 pm and until 6:00 if necessary
Ability to bill 1,000 hours annually
