The successful candidate will provide leadership to
management in the development and implementation of key
human resources strategies and proce! sses to support
overall business objectives.

Job Requirements:Minimum education and experience include:

• BS/BA and 8+ years of Human Reso! urces experience
• 3+ years of experience managing full! cycle talent

acquisition and retention programs, introduction of
a performance management program and investigation
and resolution of complex employee relations issues

• Must have thorough understanding of all benefit

programs including design and administration
including 401K and a broad array of other benefit
programs
