Quality Systems Engineer â€" SSBB
A World Class provider of innovative quality outdoor
products is looking for a "High-Po! tential" Six Sigma
Quality Systems Engineer for their rapidly growing
manufacturing operation. This company is the world’s
largest producer of outdoor power products in over 100
countries around the globe. This very impressive plant
has state-of-the-art equipment and technology, and they
also offer excellent benefits and growth potential.

Position/Job Description:
Provide quality assurance support for Quality Systems
including: APQP, DFA/DFM, Audits, PPAP and validation
activities for the implementation and maintenance of the
Quality Management Process

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supervising the Document Control

Process

• Responsible for Management of training records for the

plant

• Responsible for managing Six Sigma process and leading

CAPA

• Train, direct and supervise the Calibration and

Metrolog! y Labs

• Ensure the integrity of data, analysis and! accuracy of

records

• Responsible for implementation, ISO Registration,

Continuous Improvement and Maintenance of the Plant
Quality Processes

• Responsible for APQP Launch Activities
• Will supervise up to 8 technicians on multiple shifts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or other relevant

discipline - Required

• ASQ certification-CQT. CQI, CMI or CQE Preferred
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt - Required
• Minimum 5-10 years experience with manufacturing

quality processes

• Strong background with continuous improvement

implementation

• Supervisory experience preferred with hourly or

technical

• Strong change agent â€" able to get buy â€" in and drive
