⢠Penetrate key hospital accounts in Puerto Rico with sales of existing product lines in alignment with Companyâs market objectives.
⢠Develop and grow markets for proprietary products that have significant market share on the USA mainland, but have not yet achieved penetration in Puerto Rico market.
⢠Provide significant value-added through superior product knowledge and service support.
Essential Job Functions:
- Promotion and sales of medical devices in key accounts in Puerto Rico, primarily Penetrate key hospital accounts in Pu! erto Rico with sales of existing product lines in alignment wi! th Companyâs market objectives.
- Develop and grow markets for proprietary products that have significant market share on the USA mainland, but have not yet achieved penetration in Puerto Rico market.
- Provide significant value-added through superior product knowledge and service support.
Basic Qualifications:
⢠Ability to travel around Puerto Rico and to attend training stateside.
⢠Bilingual: English and Spanish
⢠Organization skills:
o Self-oriented
o Ability to plan and organize clinical support resources
o Clear report writing both in presenting plans as well as report on past activities
⢠Demonstrated good judgment
o Knows when to act on their own
o Knows when to gain supervisor approval for actions
⢠Honest and strong ethics
o Abide by company
Additional Desirable Qualifications Skills and Knowledge:
- Self-starter and energetic
- Comp! uter Knowledge, Microsoft Outlook, Email, Microsoft Office
- Adaptability to customer and internal needs and requirements.
- Eager to accept challenges and responsibilities
Education and/or Experience:
- B.A. Science or Administration, MBA acceptable, but not a must.
- Five or more years sales experience in hospitals environment with demonstrated success in growing sales.
- Experience working at all hospital levels, including physician, nurse staff, purchasing and administration.
