The Clinical Documentation Analyst is responsible for auditing and analyzing patient records to ensure quality patient care is provided while remaining compliant with home health rules and regulations. The Clinical Document Analyst also drives improvement by educating home health leadership and clinical staff according to needs identified.

Minimum Requirements
- Requires a degree in nursing from an accredited or approved school. BSN is preferred.
- Current license / registration by state of hire as a Registered Nurse
- Two years of experience in health care utilization review or home care
- Prior home care experience preferred
