This position reports into Global Head of Network Strategy and is based at Zug.

What will you do
The Network Design Capabilities Director is part of the Kenvue Network Strategy Team, which focuses on the delivery of long-term value for Kenvue through strategic (3-10 years) capacity management and strategic network design. The latter implies the end-to-end analysis of Kenvue’ s physical global footprint and its strategic improvement in the areas of service, cost and cash.
The Network Design Capabilities Director is responsible for the tools, processes and capabilities needed for the Global Network Strategy Team to be successful. The Capabilities Director will be responsible for selecting, rolling out and owning current and new tools and governance processes which are vital to execute network design and strategic capacity management.
The function works closely with global stakeholders and must have the experience required to influence people at different levels of the organization (E2E Supply Chain Leaders, Site General Managers, External Manufacturing Supply leads, Network Management leads, Value Chain Management, Supply Chain Leads, etc.).
The Network Design Capabilities Director will focus on the following areas:
1. To select, roll out and own an advanced network design tool
2. To select, roll out and own an advanced strategic planning tool
3. To train the Network Strategy team members in using the selected network design tool as the default way of working going forward
4. To own the existing E2E Network tool and improve in selected areas
5. To own the selected advanced strategic planning tool
6. To continuously drive and evaluate new capabilities needed to support analytical requirements that provide value to the Network Strategy team
7. To own and continuously improve all key governance processes of the Network Strategy team
8. To work with the wider team on key projects

- A Master’s degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain, computing, finance, or economics is required.
- Must possess a minimum of 15 years of work experience in a logistics, planning and/or manufacturing environment, within the Consumer Health or FMCG or closely related industry.
- Deep experience in working with network design and strategic planning tools.
- Strong business acumen related to manufacturing, supply and capacity for the development and harmonization of processes through different parts of our Global Supply Chain.
- Strong business acumen to understand how decisions impact different parts of our supply chain.
- Strong analytical, data management and financial skills are required as well as a capability to design and shape software applications.
- Must possess the ability to partner with and influence others without direct authority and look for collaboration with people from different departments and all levels, from planner up to VP.
- Demonstrate initiative and work in cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proficient in MS office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Planning, Flow Charts, and management of database tools.
- Effective written and oral communication skills (English).
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- This role includes up to 10% travel.
