Pastry Supervisor, you would be responsible for managing and show leadership of a smooth running operation and maximize the highest level of standards
Coordinate, organize and participate in all production pertaining to the Pastry. Checks and follow-up on setting up of the daily menu and seasonal specials. In addition to this, advise new and seasonal menu concept with the help of the Pastry chef.
Maintains the standards of preset recipes and costing at all times.
Works closely with the Pastry chef on determining the quantity of food items and set up to be produced, bought and control of stock for that day.
Constant training(Skill) will be conducted for team members.
Check the quality of food prepared by team member to the required standard and make necessary adjustments.
Responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of the kitchen.
At all times understand, practice and promote the teamwork approach to achieve missions, goals, and overall departmental standards.
