Technology & Operations design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.
You will join the Reconciliation’s team as a trainee.
Start date : 1st September 2023
Duration: 12 months
Activity rate: 80% (one day per week at school)
Your role
You will have to help the team to achieve its goals in terms of private equity reconciliation and ownership verification in order to respect the deadlines of the auditors; but also to learn the different tasks done by the team to be flexible; and finally to participate to some projects.
Responsabilities :
- To reconcile the private equities positions, to analyse the discrepancies, to dispatch them to the right department and to follow until resolution.
- To request to the different companies the documents in the frame of the ownership verification; to follow until reception and to analyse them.
- To learn and perform the different reconciliations of the team in order to take in charge at any moment depending the internal organisation; to work on specific projects if needed.

- Current university training in economy or finance
- Good level of English, written and spoken
