Job Summary
- The Receptionist is responsible for dealing with guest requirements and responding to their questions for Spa treatments. Our receptionists are courteous, knowledgeable, and professional and sales oriented. To be the main communication point by providing prompt information on all spa treatments on the menu, time availability, product used etc. and assigning therapists to fulfill the booking.
Required Skills
- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Able to read and write English
Qualifications
- High School or Vocational Certificate or equivalent
Experience
- 1 year related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
