Answering online seller/merchant inquiries and listen to their problems/asks.
-Troubleshooting online seller/merchant reported problems – Remote support.
-Identifying root causes for the problems and taking corrective and preventive steps.
-Interact with online seller/merchant to discuss the strategies of growth.
-Provide support to online seller/merchant with daily operations.
-Provide inputs and discuss the plan for increasing the business online.
-What you will be doing: Working and analyzing seller/merchants portals of different online marketplaces. (Training will be provided)
