Inviting applications for the role of Cash Application – Senior Process Associate - German - Remote Poland
Works with Transition, Training, Ops and Practice to understand contractual commitments, deal books and customer priorities;
Works with Ops leads and customers to design, implement and drive Value Generating [VG] roadmaps;
Responsibilities
  • Downloading the bank statement and preparing the daily repartition within the team;
  • Ensuring same day application for incoming payments from customers accordingly with the targets agreed with the client;
  • Handling of wires, drafts (simple/complex) & cheques payments;
  • Handling of the Documentary Research activity;
  • Keeping contact with internal departments and the customers;
  • Get to know, understand and deliver different customer service processes, as requested by the manager;
  • Fulfill seamlessly all the tasks and responsibilities of the given operations process based on the requirement of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication – both with internal and external customers, partners;
  • Active participation in the defined training courses and the practical implementation of the new skills in the work processes.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
  • Very good knowledge of English, min C1 and German C1;
  • Communicative level of English.
  • Similar work experience is a plus;
  • Accounting knowledge – would be a plus;
  • Basic Excel, Word, Outlook is a plus;
  • Organized personality with attention to details and customer orientation;
  • Ability to handle client on one-on-one basis, via e-mails and calls;
  • Energetic, self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Accurate, logical thinker;
  • Communicative and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work under time pressure.
