As a leading figure in the claim arena, it’s this same mentality that ensures their clients are happy and the client base grows. The Motor Claims Handler/ Personal Injury will be responsible for managing thepolicyholderss motor claim journey.
In return, the Motor Claims Handler/ Personal Injury will expect a salary of up to £27,000, 25 days paid annual leave, pension contribution, access to thousands of perks and discounts, optional health and wellbeing cover and life assurance at 4 x your annual salary.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Full claims process, first notification to final settlement
- Ensure all information is captured and inputted onto internal systems
- Working with Motor/ Third Party Property Damage Claims
- Full Caseload Claims Management
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience within motor claims, specifically with Personal Injury or Credit Hire experience - cradle to grave
- Domestic or International Claims
- Excellent customer service experience and ability to manage complex claims
