Objective:
Participates in setting the recruitment strategy and process while fostering a collaborative relationship to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Main functions:
  • Understands competition and where opportunities lie to network and locate passive and active candidates.
  • Adept in both traditional and creative recruiting approaches.
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates following guidelines.
  • Is a talent advisor for a group of job families or regions with the ability to flex to other job disciplines.
  • Drives the sourcing strategy, identifying and recommending process improvements.
  • Influences others within the department at an operational level regarding concepts or practices and some advisement on approaches.
  • Leverages data and tangible facts to inform business partners on the hiring activity and influence decision-making.
Knowledge and experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 6 months of professional-level recruiting and/or HR experience.
  • Professional English Level (desirable)
