Executive WorkPlace International is seeking to hire two Recruiters/Executive Search Consultants to join our team. They will be based at our Malaysia office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Jobs to be done:
- To source and qualify candidates for our clients from various sources.
- To assess suitable candidates using our psychometric tools and interviews.
- Conducting reference checks.
- Preparing profiles of suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with clients.
- Follow up assignments till successful conclusion.
- Assisting consultants and clients to conduct onboarding procedures for clients.
Criteria:
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Good academic track record.
- Good leadership skills as demonstrated in extra-curricular activities.
