Configuration Specialist
who will provide implementation and configuration services, as well as, support to operation! s as they implement SoftPro Select to various sites across the country. This position can be remote (work from home), or located in one of the SoftPro offices in Raleigh NC, or Phoenix AZ. Please indicate which office location you are interested in.
In this position, you will:
Provide program setup, configuration and testing of the SoftPro Select application for deployment sites.
Work closely with the Implementation Managers to ensure proper setup and configuration of SoftPro Select for each site.
Meet deadlines/requirements to ensure implementation is complete for the deployment into production environments.
Establish remote sessions to demonstrate the setup/configuration information.
Possess thorough understanding of the SoftPro Select application and the tools available for setting up the application.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
2+ years experience in the real estate closing! /title or escrow industry is a must.
Exceptional atte! ntion to detail.
Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork.
SoftPro experience preferred.
Prior project management experience is a plus.
10% US travel required.
