The Key Account Manager will work as a main contact for an assigned group of Citrix SaaS (ShareFile) clients to drive the deployment, adoption, and retention of their! ShareFile service. The Key Account Manager will work closely with the accounts to thoroughly understand each customer’s utilization of the purchased service, business infrastructure and business model to ensure account growth, retention and an ongoing relationship with Citrix SaaS (ShareFile). The role will also manage implementation and deployment through its various phases: Planning, Awareness, Knowledge, and Adoption.

Principal Responsibilities

Develops customer relationships and manages assigned accounts to result in continued revenue generation and high levels of customer satisfaction

Oversees ongoing management and retention (includes reporting and analysis on utilization, risk evaluation and other relevant information)

Leads monthly and quarterly business reviews with partners (external and internal), including presentation and analysis of client data acquired through use of business requirements template and Citrix SaaS (ShareF! ile) reports (business, utilization, etc.)

Works clos! ely with sales executive as part of the Enterprise Services team that supports and manages each partner; maintains proactive and consistent communication with sales team and client

Gathers product feedback and customer needs and communicates to the Product Management and Enterprise Services team

Projects management of implementations and other projects related to account growth and retention; obtains support from more senior Key Account Managers or Technical Support for more complex implementations

Follows defined Key Account Process; utilizes existing infrastructure and tools (Process flows and documentation)

Prepares Account Overviews for each client to ensure an understanding of their business environment and requirements

Facilitates executive relationships between Citrix SaaS (ShareFile) and customer through introductions and coordination of conference calls and on-site visits

Work Environment

Remote employe! es are required to have a professional office set up and distraction-free environment from which to do their work and conduct business calls

Position requires approximately 25% travel

Qualifications and Requirements

Knowledge and Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Typically requires 5+ years proven track record of measurable success in strategic customer account management and development within the service industry

Project management and organizational skills; ability to define and manage an implementation or ongoing project

Analytical skills and ability to translate analysis of data into meaningful information

Experience creating and delivering presentations to key clientele; good presentation and communication skills

Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing dynamic environment; willingness to be an act! ive participant in a team environment and ability to manage multiple si! multaneous projects

Strong customer-relationship skills; ability to grow and retain accounts, build relationships and quickly spot and communicate potential risks and issues

Strong communication skills; proven ability to describe business concepts and benefits throughout a multi-tiered organization; ability to create and deliver effective presentations to customers

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
