Location: Greenville South Carolina

Description: Proterra is employing Customer Program Manager right now, this position will be placed in South Carolina. More details about this position opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. I. Position Purpose/Scope:
The Customer Program Manager will manage the customer interface between the customer and Proterra from contract award through delivery to the customer sit! e completing a successful hand-off from contracts to field service. CPM will be the customer point of contact in Greenville.

II. Position Responsibilities/Accountabilities: List the major duties/accountabilities to achieve the positionskey objectives.

Establish process for Managing Customer contract execution and delivery
Primary customer POC in conjunction with Regional Sales Director at customer.
Coordinate of all engineering, operations, services and marketing activities on behalf of the customer as required in the contract
Develop pre-production materials and manage pre-production customer meetings for successful program kick-off
Customer configurable definition ownership

Selection by need date, impact on production, pricing impacts
Coordination with ISC/buyers on specs
Bus wrap recommendation/coordination

Develop summary of key deliverables in the contract and the plan to coordinate for execution within! Proterra
Serve as primary production interface: in! spector scheduling, requirements, vehicle licensing, payments
Charger installation coordination with Proterra Services
Entry into Service transition

Field service coordinator â€" on site tech, regional coverage, etc.
Customer PR expectations, releases
Payment of invoices

III. Position Competencies:
A) Education:
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.

B) Experience

Demonstrated large project management experience.
Excellent Customer Service experience.
Previous experience in: commercial transportation products, e.g. buses, trucks, fleet automobiles, heavy equipment preferred.

C) Individual Characteristics:
Organized
Detail Oriented
Self- directed
Good follow up skills
Excellent, confident communicator and able to articulate to customers, partners and sales reps
