Location: Winston-Salem North Carolina

Provides and documents assistance to patients with activities of daily living and maintenance of a safe and clean environment, under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma required. Completion of NA I program required.
Experience: One year of experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Listed with Nurse Aide registry as a NA I required. BLS Healthcare provider required.
Additional skills preferred: Basic computer skills for documentation.
