kariera.gr 's Hiring Solutions team, is looking on behalf of a major retail company - client, a Commercial Supervisor .
The Commercial Supervisor will be in charge of a team of 3 product developers. Moreover his/hers daily tasks include:
Support in the commercial product strategy development
Implementation of the commercial strategy via team management; provide direction, task delegation, performance overview and aspiration of maximum kpi achievement
Monitoring of the market and pursuance of new business opportunities
Building and management of relationships with suppliers; closing of commercial agreements and pricing policies, monitoring of financial data
Negotiation with internal and external stakeholders
Identification and management of commercial risks
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in economic studies
Master's degree will be considered as a plus
6+ years of hands on experience in retail product development is a must
Excellent use of Excel and fluency in ERP application
Proficiency in verbal and written use of English language
