1. Agency Incentive Management [35%]
  • Provide data analysis on any Adhoc request for management such as compensation analysis for big KPM Owner’s meeting, new product analysis for management, etc.
  • Provide support to prepare Agency Update (AU) related with new incentives, liaise with QBU and other department to review the AU, obtain all approval needed and launch AU in time
  • Liaise with ABC, Agency Performance Management & Agency Communications team for new incentive’s flyer and ensure all criteria align with AU and launch in time.
  • Provide support to Agency Strategy & Incentive team

2. Agency Reporting [25%]
  • Provide reports as well as analysis for trendline, potential sales, loophole and any other factors for Dept. Head:
a. Quarterly New Business Performance Report (baseline) within D+5 after quarterly closing
b. Incentive Tracking report (tactical and strategic)
c. Product Tracking report
  • Identify potential risk noted from the reports above, inform Dept. Head and provide mitigation plan.

3. Agency Compensation Enhancement [20%]
  • Provide data analysis on any request related to New Agency Compensation
  • Liaise and work together with Actuary & other colleague for Agency Compensation Enhancement

4. Agency Management Support [20%]
  • Provide support in material and slide for Agency Initiatives Committee (AIC) and Agency Business Review (ABR) meeting with PLAI management
  • Provide support to develop material and slide for Agency Monthly Event for PAO Management such as AEC meeting, FGD, Power Session, ULAR, NLC and Kick Off.
